End of day 18.  Plumbers finished running the last of the hot water pipes and are now starting to pressure test everything.  The only thing they have left is to run the water lines for the evaporative coolers, install the thermostats and connect to the new water lateral which is scheduled for this coming Friday.  We've been told we will be without water for most of the day.

Laborer went into the crawl space in an attempt to dig an opening for the new water lateral but reported back that there wasn't enough room to get any kind of leverage into the incredibly hard soil.  Hopefully, the water guys will be able to push something through from the outside.

Siding removal continued with good progress on the back of the house.  They're hoping to get to everything without putting in scaffolding.

New James Hardie siding was delivered this afternoon.  With limited room in the back yard, everyone is scrambling for places to park their vehicles now that the siding took up what little room was left.

The first floor bathroom wall was moved which will work much better than before.  The locations of the claw foot tub and toilet were adjusted slightly as well.  We've decided to put the new 2-0 window between the kitchen and the bathroom and relocate the existing 2-4 window to the back wall of the bathroom.

Electricians continued their assault on the kitchen after a late start due to the need to be at another job site this morning.
