Day thirteen - Dusty afternoon on the second floor.  Attic opening had to be enlarged to allow HVAC access for duct work.  In the process, a wire was cut that provided power to the master and one other bedroom.  As it so happened, the contractor was on-site.  His inspection of the existing wiring elicited quite a few "oh crap" moments.  With electricians here tomorrow, we've decided to tough it out and run an extension cord to the master, though it will probably be at least a week before the new power is installed.

Plumbers continued their assault on the heating by getting most of the first floor completed.  One section required a long trek through some pretty nasty crawl space.   Tomorrow they start on the second floor.

Additional work included installation of another lintel on the mud room side of the new doorway and stripping off the covering over the mud room floor.  HVAC guys cut an access to the roof and I'm hoping the roofer showed to cover the flashing.
