Painters continued working their way around the house scraping loose paint and caulking all of the gaps.  Trim carpenter and his co-worker installed soffit vents and worked on tightening up the exterior to get it ready for paint.

Flooring guy prepped the downstairs apartment, kitchen, office and mud room for stain as well as applying the third and final coat of poly to the upstairs apartment.  After a good cleaning today, furniture can start to move in.

Electrician put up more sockets and plates as well as installing the thermostats for the evaporative coolers.  Unfortunately, when the apartment cooler kicked-in, it was obvious something hadn't been tightened and loud banging sound was heard on the roof.  HVAC guy to be here today.  Fortunately, we were on a walk-through with the Contractor, Project Manager and Supervisor when the event took place.
