For sixty eight straight days we've had the back door unlocked and ready for the workers by 6:30 am.  Today, we didn't even wake up until 7 am.  Chaos doesn't begin to describe the second floor scene this morning as we all scrambled to get ready for work and school.

I was gone most of the day but understand we had a plumber who attempted to set the second floor bathroom fixtures but apparently struggled for three hours with a defective faucet set.  Needless to say, it's not finished.

Due to the cold weather, a single painter worked on touch-ups in the house.  He has more to do.

Flooring guy applied the last coat of poly this afternoon.  Thanks to the painters who painted every single window shut from the outside, we were nearly gassed this afternoon by the smell of the polyurethane.

Trim carpenter did something.

Electricians finished up the barn and I believe are officially done with their part of the renovation.

Final (though not final) walk-through is tomorrow.
